Country Club vandal strikes again

An August 8 joy ride at Brandermill Country Club around 1 to 1:30 a.m. once again has caused damage to golf course greens. Police are investigating tire tracks left on the greens of holes 1 and 16 that appear to be from a small truck or SUV. Read more...

According to police in an alert issued on July 8, 2013, the bullet that struck a child before a fireworks display at Swift Creek Reservoir on Thursday, July 4, was likely fired from a handgun.
